Scope

This policy applies to the Red Online Game Android application, connected game servers, account services, customer support and the mured.az website. By using these services, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

Information We Process

• Account information: username, email address, authentication credentials and account status when you register, sign in, recover an account or contact support.
• Gameplay information: characters, progress, statistics, inventory, guild activity, in-game communications, transactions, security events and moderation history required to operate the online game.
• Technical and network information: IP address, connection timestamps, application version, operating system information, network status and technical logs used for connection, security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
• Support information: messages, screenshots and other details that you voluntarily provide when requesting assistance or appealing an enforcement action.
• Locally stored information: game files, downloaded updates, settings and, if you choose the remember-login feature, login details may be stored on your device. You can remove this information by clearing app data or uninstalling the application.

Android Permissions and Device Access

• Internet and network state: used to connect to the game servers, authenticate your account, load game data and check service availability.
• Microphone: used for the optional in-game push-to-talk voice chat feature. Audio is accessed only after Android permission is granted and the voice feature is used. Voice data is transmitted in real time to provide communication and is not used for advertising. We do not intentionally retain voice recordings.
• Storage access on older Android versions: used only to install, read and maintain required game data and updates where older Android versions require this permission.
• Vibration, audio settings and wake lock: used for gameplay feedback, sound control and keeping the game active while it is in use.

How We Use Information

We process information to create and secure accounts, authenticate players, provide online gameplay and voice communication, save progress, deliver support, process in-game actions, maintain service stability, prevent cheating and fraud, enforce game rules, investigate incidents and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use microphone data for profiling or advertising.

Sharing and Disclosure

Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, security and technical service providers only as necessary to operate and protect Red Online Game. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Public gameplay elements such as character names, guild information, rankings and chat messages may be visible to other players as part of the online game.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

Account and gameplay information is retained while the account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Security logs and backups may remain for a limited period after a deletion request.

You may request permanent deletion of your Red Online Game account and associated personal data by contacting rash@mured.az from the email address linked to your account or by submitting a ticket through the official support system. Include your account username and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion. We may request verification to protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Valid requests are processed within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required.

Data Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards such as access controls, server security measures, monitoring, anti-cheat systems and restricted staff access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use a unique password, protect their device and never share login credentials.

Children

Red Online Game is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information should contact us so that it can be reviewed and deleted.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. You may deny microphone permission in Android settings; the game remains available without voice chat. You may also remove locally stored game information by clearing application data or uninstalling the application.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
