Game Rules
These rules exist to protect fair competition, account security and a respectful game environment for every muRED player.

Fair Play and Third-Party Software
Cheats, speed hacks, bots, packet manipulation, modified clients, automated farming and any software or hardware that gives an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. Unattended gameplay is not allowed.

Bugs and Exploits
Do not use, repeat, share or conceal a bug to gain levels, stats, currency, items or any other advantage. Stop immediately and report the issue to the muRED team. Benefits obtained through an exploit may be removed.

Account Security
You are responsible for your account, devices and login details. Never share your password. muRED staff will never ask for it. Account sharing and unsafe transfers are performed at the owner's risk.

Respectful Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, real-life threats, sexual abuse, excessive insults, spam and targeted intimidation are not permitted in the game, website, support system or official community channels.

Names and Impersonation
Character, guild and shop names must not be offensive, misleading or designed to impersonate staff. Claiming to be a Game Master, administrator or official representative is prohibited.

Trading and Scamming
Fraud, item-switching, fake payment claims and deliberate deception are prohibited. Verify every trade before confirming it. Real-money sales or purchases are allowed only through systems explicitly approved by muRED.

PvP and Event Conduct
PvP is part of the game. However, blocking event access, abusing safe zones, disrupting staff-run events or repeatedly preventing players from using essential services may be treated as disruptive behavior.

Advertising and External Services
Advertising other servers, unauthorized websites, cheats, account sellers, currency sellers or suspicious external services is prohibited. Malicious or deceptive links result in an immediate restriction.

Staff Instructions and Investigations
Follow reasonable instructions from authorized staff. Do not obstruct investigations, falsify evidence or knowingly submit false reports. Staff actions must be discussed through the official support system, not public chat.

Rule Changes
The muRED team may update these rules to protect the server and its community. Continued use of the service after an update means that the revised rules are accepted.
Enforcement and Penalties
- Possible actions include a warning, mute, item or currency removal, temporary suspension and permanent account or device restriction.
- Penalties depend on severity, intent, damage caused and previous violations. Serious cheating, malicious activity or fraud may result in an immediate permanent ban.
- Related accounts may also be reviewed when they receive or store benefits obtained through a violation.
- Appeals must be submitted respectfully through the official support system with relevant evidence.
